Update on Fan Feedback and Member Discounts

The club take this opportunity to remind supporters of the importance of continuing to follow the latest government guidelines, following City’s remaining games from a distance and from a distance.

Norwich City digital channels will continue to provide full coverage of the remaining games of the season, more details to be announced in due course.

Over the coming period and in line with the government’s roadmap to emerge from the national lockdown, the club will continue to work closely with its Safety Advisory Group, the Sports Ground Safety Authority and football governing bodies, to bring supporters back to events. and matches at Carrow Road as soon as it is safe to do so.

COO Ben Kensell said: “We were all very proud of all the hard work that went into our driver meetings with the fans earlier this season.

“From the start, we were proactive and explored all possibilities to do what we can to bring supporters back to Carrow Road, whether it be for pilot meetings or live screening events.

“Over the summer months, we will continue to work closely with relevant governing bodies with a view to potentially making progress on a much anticipated fan return to Carrow Road.”

Norwich City can also confirm that the refund process for all supporters who have purchased home, away or junior season tickets for the 2020-21 season will be completed by the end of April.

Those who have purchased a subscription will have the discount automatically refunded to their online ticketing account.

As previously communicated, all subscription payments for the 2020-21 season will be carried over to the next 2021-22 campaign, with no further action required from season ticket holders. Season passes will remain valid for the 2021-22 season.
