How does group membership work?
A team leader will become the account administrator and will be responsible for payment and seat management. We recommend that the admin be the first user on the team to sign up for group membership.
How can I allocate seats?
Seat assignments can be made in the original payment flow or at a later date through the “My accountâOn TechCrunch. To assign seats via âMy accountâ, the administrator must access My account / Subscription / Manage / Manage shared accounts. You will need the email addresses of your team members to assign seats. Once seats are assigned, your team members will receive an email with an activation link.
How many users do we need to become a member of the group?
You must have at least five (5) team members in your group to be eligible for group membership.
Is 25 the maximum size for group membership?
We have the possibility to make groups of more than 25, but we will have to send you a special link. Please contact [email protected] with your group size to get the link.
Do you offer billing instead of credit card?
All payments must be made by credit card. If your group has more than 100 users, we are open to discussing billing options. We do not offer billing for small groups. Approach [email protected] for more information.
