On Tuesday afternoon, a Google outage crashed more than 30,000 websites. Some of the main platforms affected are Discord, Facebook, Snapchat, and Spotify. Fortunately, the problem was resolved within hours.
Google Cloud outage: over 30,000 websites crashed
When a tech giant as big as Google goes down, it creates a huge impact on the internet. Zero Hedge pointed out that more than 30,000 websites suffered disruption during the outage. They listed 15 affected websites that caused distress to thousands of active users during the outage.

According to Google, the outage was caused by issues with Cloud Networking. the records show that the outage started at 10:10 am PST and the issue was fully resolved at 12:08 pm PST.
The Verge noted that the issue was caused by the common service provider, which is the Google platform, and not by an ISP disruption or an issue with individual sites. Because of this, web pages and their users have had to patiently wait for Google developers to correct themselves.

Google crash: user reactions to an internet crash
This recent Google problem has definitely made a huge mess. It shocked fans on the internet by causing many popular websites to crash. Keep in mind that Internet outages happened instantly.
A Twitter user posted the Downdetector reports for the Google crash. They also pointed out that social media platforms like Facebook and Instagram have been affected.

Rocket League players were shocked when their matchmaking suddenly became unavailable.

Fortunately, as mentioned earlier, Google fixed the problem within hours. It is recommended that all users having problems with websites refresh and restart the affected website.
